| Abstract: | This paper introduces the present situation of the canal's seepage control in the Fenhe Irrigated Area and the application of the watertight technique in the irrigated area, and emphatically expounds the important significance of carrying out the canal's seepage control on increasing the effective utilization ratio of the water, developing the water-saving type agriculture, and maintaining excellent ecological environment. |
