| Abstract: | From four aspects of accelerating the transfer of the rural labor, quickening the progress of the agricultural industrialization, increasing the support for the construction of the rural infrastructure, and innovating the rural operating system and mode, etc., this paper considers about and probes into developing the rural economy, increasing the income of the peasants, and speeding up the construction of an all-round well-off society in the less-developed regions. |
