摘    要:利用水热法制备出球花状的MoS2,研究了前驱物浓度对其形貌的影响,简单探讨了球花状MoS2的生长机制并利用拉曼光谱对其结构进行研究.结果显示:制备出的样品为纯的MoS2球花.前驱物浓度对其形貌有非常重要的影响,随钼酸铵浓度的提高,样品由颗粒状转变为片状,当浓度为10-4mol/L时,样品为组装紧密的球状花,尺寸约为50...

Abstract:Flower-like MoS2 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.Effect of precursor concentration on the morphology of the products,and the growth mechanism were studied.Results indicate that the as-obtained samples are spherical MoS2 particles and become flower-like MoS2 with size of about 500 nm when ammonium molybdate is 10-4 mol/L,which are composed of nanopetals intercrossed with each other.Raman study of the samples indicates that the sample crystallite improves with the annealing temperature increasing.
