摘    要:研究CuO对水泥熟料烧成的影响,针对不同掺量CuO,使其煅烧至不同温度,利用化学分析法分析熟料中f-CaO的含量,并计算形成C3S的表观活化能。结果表明:在1 300℃时,掺入适量CuO后对改善易烧性具有显著的作用,但是在1 450℃时,掺入CuO对改善生料易烧性不利。在生料中掺入CuO的量越多越能促进C3S的形成,有利于改善生料的易烧性。

Abstract:This paper discussed the effect of CuO on the firing of the cement clinker according to the different dosage of CuO and the different firing temperature.The amount of f-CaO in the clinker was analysed by chemical analysis,then the activation energy of C3S in cklikers was calculated.The results showed that at 1 300 ℃ the incorporation of appropriate amount of CuO significantly improves the burnability of raw material.But at 1 450℃,the effect of incorporating CuO is adverse.The more amount of CuO is incorporated into the raw material,the better of the burnability.
