摘    要:以金花茶叶子为研究对象,用精油得油率作为衡量提取工艺的指标,研究金花茶叶子精油提取工艺.在单因素实验基础上,研究超声提取法、水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取法3种方法提取金花茶叶子精油的工艺条件,考虑各因素对提取效果的影响,确定各因素的最佳工艺水平,筛选出得油率高的精油提取工艺.结果表明:超临界CO2萃取法的得油率相对其他两种方法要好.

Abstract:With the leaves of Cuminum chrysantha as the research object, the essential oil extraction technology was studied by using essential oil extraction rate as index. Based on the single factor experiment, the ultrasonic extraction, vapor distillation and supercritical CO2 extraction were explored to extract essential oil from the Cuminum chrysantha leaves. The process parameters and the influence of different factors on extract efficiency were all investigated and optimized to obtain the optimal extraction technology with high essential oil extraction rate. Results showed that the best essential oil extraction rate could be achieved by supercritical CO2 extraction comparing with the other two methods.
