摘    要:通过现场调研及资料查阅,搜集整理2003-2015年我国167个城市轨道交通项目安全事故的资料.从百公里事故起数和死亡人数的角度揭示了安全事故发生的时间趋势:2008年是我国轨道交通建设安全事故由高转低的拐点,2014年事故呈抬头趋势,需警惕.以轨迹交叉理论为指导进行分析,结果表明:一般性安全事故的主要诱因为人和管理因素;坍塌事故的主要诱因为环境因素;物体打击和高空坠落事故的主要诱因为人的因素.

Abstract:167 safety accidents of rail transit project in China during the year 2003-2015 were collected by site investigation and reference review. The development tendency and cause analysis on accidents were discussed by statistical analysis. The time tendency of accident occurrence was revealed by the accident number and deaths per one hundred kilometers. The results show that the rail transit construction accidents start to decrease in the year 2008, but and in 2014 the accidents trend raises slightly which should be concerned closely. Based on the track cross theory, the main causes of general accidents are related to human and management factors, the cause of the collapse accidents are mostly related to environment factors. and the objects strike accidents and high altitude fall accidents are often related to by human factors.
