摘    要:针对非合作频率竞争伴随功率竞争导致的短波电磁环境逐年恶化,结合新兴的区块链和边缘计算,提出一种短波电磁频谱管理新架构,详述了驱动其运行的三项关键程序:短波频谱数据的采集、短波频谱区块的生成、短波频谱数据的交易.提出了短波区块链的新概念,并基于联盟链设计了端-边-云的短波电磁频谱管理结构.最后,提出了该短波区块链的开放性...

Abstract:The non-cooperative frequency competition accompanied by power competition results in the deterioration of the HF electromagnetic environment. To suppress this trend, this paper proposed a new HF electromagnetic spectrum management framework with the emerging technologies of blockchain and edge computing and elaborated the three key enabling procedures, i.e., data collection of HF spectrum, generation of HF spectrum block, and transaction of HF spectrum data. In addition, this paper introduced a new concept of HF blockchain and developed an end edge cloud architecture based on consortium blockchain. At last, the research challenges and open issues ahead were presented. Building on the present work and future potentially fruitful studies, the new HF electromagnetic spectrum management has the capability to enable HF spectrum data to be shared in a more secure, efficient and distributed way.
