摘    要:采用结构分析软件MSC/NASTRAN,对1 300 t起重船起吊系统中的吊臂、千斤柱在各种组合载荷工况下的强度进行了有限元分析。根据实际工况对吊臂、千斤柱危险截面的应力进行了测试与分析,指出了各部分的薄弱环节,并提出了加强措施。

Abstract:Applying structural analysis software MSC/NASTRAN,the finite element analysis of strength is done for the derrick and hoisting mechanism in the hoisting system of the 1300T floating crane under the working conditions of various combinations of loads.According to the working conditions,the stresses of derrick and the dangerous cross section of hoisting mechanism are tested and analyzed.Also,the weak sections of every part are pointed out and the improvements are proposed.
