| 摘 要： | 主导产业是区域经济发展的龙头，主导产业的选择是一个多因素、多准则的决策问题，本文综合考虑各因素的影响，建立了主导产业评价的指标体系，并运用定权聚类评估模型，对齐齐哈尔市各产业部门进行综合评价，选择确立了现阶段的主导产业。

| Abstract: | Leading industries play an important role in the development of regional economy. To choose regional leading industries need to consider many factors and criterion. This paper addresses a synthetic evaluation model of regional leading industries, and basing on the model, a positive study for choosing the leading industries of QiqiHar city in HeiLongJiang province is made. |
