D401螯合树脂除氟方法及工艺研究

摘    要:通过实验讨论了一种基于配体交换原理的新型改性D401除氟剂的除氟效果,实验表明该除氟剂的除氟容量可达3.8mg/g以上,除氟剂对水中F-有很高的选择性,不会对水中的其它离子产生影响,再生效果较好,除氟效果稳定。在实验的基础上给出了该方法的初步工艺设计思路,为该方法在实际中应用提供了参考思路。

Abstract:Through testing, this paper discusses on the defluorining effect of modified D401 chelating resin based on the part exchanging principle. Tests show that this defluorining agent, which has a high defluorining capability of more than 3.8mg/g, has high selectivity to F-and has no influence on the other ions in water, and has a stable defluorining effect and can be easily regenerated. Furthermore, this paper provides the idea of preliminary technological design of this method based on the tests, offering a reference for the application of this method in practice.
