摘    要:本文对一种激光扫描器的功耗进行研究。激光扫描器的耗散功率主要有三种,电机定子线圈的涡流损耗产生的功耗、轴承的摩擦力矩产生的功耗、高速旋转风阻产生的功耗等。本文对各种功耗进行了分析、计算并得出结论:电机定子线圈的涡流损耗1.25瓦;轴承摩擦力矩产生的功耗0.11瓦;转镜高速旋转时的风阻为4.5瓦。由此可见转镜高速旋转时的风阻是不可忽视的。

Abstract:This article reports the research and analysis of power dissipation of a kind of laser scanner. There are three kinds of main factors led to power dissipation of laser scanners, ie. Eddy current loss of motor stator windings, friction torque of bearing and air resistance due to mirror high-speed rotating etc.. In this article, power dissipation incurred by three main factors were analysized and calculated. The power dissipation incurred by Eddy current loss of motor stator windings is 1.25 Watts; friction torque of bearing generated 0.11 Watts power consumption and power disspation induced by air resistance of high-speed rotating is 4.5 Watts. The conclusion was drawn accordingly that air resistance generated by high speed rotating of mirror can not be ignored.
