| Abstract: | This paper makes a systematic exposition of the primary questions of the plate moving dynamics, and advances a Cosmic year cycle law about plates from conjuntion to disintegration in the earth. It emphasizes that the plate moving is the bipower functions coming from the intraearth and out-space, and the plate moving pattern can be described by a nonlinear and polyeletnental dynamic equation. |
