金川不良岩体分类及其巷道支护研究

摘    要:根据岩组类型、岩体结构类型及其工程地质特征,给出了按稳定性划分的金川矿区工程岩体分类表,不良岩层为其中不稳定和极不稳定两类;分析认为,金川不良岩层具有岩体单块强度高等四个特点,不良岩层巷道围岩变形具有围岩变形量大和流变变形显著两个显著特点,据此给出了三条支护设计原则;根据在金川二矿区进行不良岩层支护试验的实践经验和金川不良岩层巷道支护原则,给出了适用于各类不良岩层巷道的支护设计方案。

Abstract:Based on the stability, the engineering rock mass of Jincuan nickel mine is classed with four classifications, the weak rock mass is the unstable and very unstable classification. The paper analyze the characteristics of the weak rock mass and the laws of weak rock mass roadway surrounding rock deformation in Jincuan mine, give three principles to support. According to the above study and the successful experiment repairing the weak rock mass roadway with bolt-grouting support in Jincuan No.2 mine, the authors give the suitable roadway support methods of each weak rock mass in Jincuan nickel mine.
