注塑机料筒加温系统多变量解耦控制及非线性控制的实验研究

摘    要:本文研究对象为注塑机料筒加温系统,针对该多变量(例如4输入、4输出)系统相邻加热段之间存在较强的耦合作用,提出了一种简单、直观且易于工程实现的解耦方法,使得仅依据各通道之间的输入、输出值,便能够实现类似无耦合单通道控制.该算法经实验验证,获得了理想的控制效果,显示出较大的工程实用价值及深远的应用前景.

Abstract:The barrel heating system of injection molding machines is dealt with in this paper. To solve the problem of strong coupling operation of adjacent heating zones in this MIMO system (for example, 4 input and 4 output variables), the authors introduce a method which is simple, direct and easy to realize. By adopting this method, a single channel decoupling control can be gained simply bud on the value of the input and output variable of each channel. The experimental results show that the algorithm is of great engineeing value and broad applicahon in the future.
