对高校科技工作观念认识的探讨

该文通过对目前高校科技工作与社会主义市场经济不相适应的一些表现进行分析，探讨解决好这一问题的途径，提出关键是解决好思想认识问题，必须解放思想，牢固地树立起适应社会主义市场经济的一些新观念，树立起主动适应观念、市场经济观念、竞争观念、开放观念、效益观念、人才观念、经济观念、为地方服务观念、联合观念、精神文明观念等，广大高校科技思想的解放、观念的更新、必将促进高校科技工作迅速，健康地发展。

On Sense of Scientific Research Work in Institutions of Higher Learning

Abstract:By analyzing some manifestations that today's scientific research work in China's institutions of higher learning does not suit the needs of China's market economy.this article tries to ?work out a solution to these problems. The author holds it essential for us to solve the problems of ideology and conceptions. And we must free ourselves from old ideas, and firmly foster conceptions of active adaptation! market economy, com petition, opening-up, efficiency, the talentieconomyiserving for other sectors,co-operation,and moral civilization,in order to meet the needs of the socialist market economy. Following the emancipation of the minds and renewal of the conceptions of the scientific research workers,the scientific research work in China's institutions of higher learning will develop rapidly and healthily.
