| 摘 要： | 文化软实力是指软实力中与文化相关的部分,东莞的文化软实力与东莞的经济实力存在较大的反差,应从制定发展文化软实力战略,加大政府扶持力度,推进公益性文化事业发展,促进文化产业发展,创建学习型城市、不断提高人力素质,打造城市形象,推进城市营销等方面来提升文化软实力。
