陕西中部黄土高原生态环境灾害与调控途径

针对生态环境灾害严重恶化的黄土高原现状，运用野外实地调查与统计分析的方法，并采用地理学与生态学相互渗透的方法，选择具有代表性的陕西中部黄土区，就生态环境灾害产生过程，形成原因进行分析。并提出综合控制生态灾害、多方协同、相互协调生态平衡、大力抓好智力开发、综合防治水土流失、加强土地开发利用、严格控制环境污染等对策。

Ecological Environmental Disastrous Problems and Their Adjustment and Control in Central Shaanxi Loess Plateau

The forming process of the ecological environmental disasters and the causes of these disasters are studied and analysed in this paper based on the present serious deterioration affected by the ecological environmental problems in the loess plateaus. The analysis is done by combining field investigation with statistic analysis and by adopting the method of mutual penetration of geography and ecology. Central Shaanxi Loess Plateau is chosen as the sample for the analysis. The conclusion is that the ecological environmental problems can be better overcome by comprehensive control of ecological disasters, coordination of many field specialists, harmonization of ecological balance, popularization of scientific knowledge of ecology, exploration of intelligence, the comprehensive control of soil and water loss, the improvement of land utilization, and strict control of environmetal pollution.
