| Abstract: | After WTO entry of China, the system of the building trade will be developing along the direction of connecting with international orbit, the bidding procedure will be more strict and normal, and the market competition will be sharper. Only when the construction enterprises make right use of the methods and tactics for bidding decision, can the opportunity of winning the bidding be increased and can the enterprises obtain bigger benefit. |
