摘    要:采用热致相分离法制备了一系列具有微米级孔隙的纳米纤维状纳米羟基磷灰石/左旋聚乳酸(n-HA/PLLA)复合支架材料。并采用扫描电境和体外降解实验对其进行了表征。扫描电镜观测到复合支架的微观结构为具有微米级孔隙的纳米纤维状骨架,其不规则孔的孔径在几到几百纳米的范围内,纳米纤维直径在200-500nm的范围内;体外降解实验的结果表明,与纯聚乳酸支架相比,n-HA/PLLA复合支架的降解液的pH的变化更加缓慢。

Abstract:A series of nano-fibrous structural nano-hydroxyapatite / poly(L-lactide)(n-HA / PLLA)composite scaffolds with micron scale pores were prepared using thermally induced phase separation method. Their microstructures were studied by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The SEM observation showed that the structure of all the composite scaffolds was a nano-fibrous skeleton with micron scale pores, the diameter of their irregular pores ranged from a few to tens microns, and the diameter of the nano fibers ranged from 200 to 500 nm; The degradation in vitro showed that the pH value change of the hydrolyza-tion medium of the composite scaffolds was more slowly than that of the pure PLLA.
