| 摘 要： | 为了减少熔融堆积成型(FDM)工艺中模型制件的翘曲变形,设计了一个精度评价模型,对成型制件进行3D几何测量,分析其翘曲变形,并进行反变形设计与二次成型.试验结果表明,该方法能够在一定程度上减少模型制件的形位误差.

| Abstract: | To reduce the warping distortion of the Rapid Prototyping(FDM) model,we designed a precision evaluation model,measured molded product by 3D geometry,analyzed its warping distortion,and used anti-distortion design and secondary molding.The results show that this method can reduce the shape and position error of the product to some extent. |
