| 摘 要： | 人类社会的主流法律观并不是一成不变的.它随着人类社会的具体历史条件的变化而变化.变化是绝对的,静止是相对的.在前苏格拉底时代,人类的法律观重点依然在自然界.在苏格拉底时代,人类法律观的重心却在人类自身.在希腊化时代,可以说,它又回归于自然界.在古罗马后期以及中世纪,人类法律观重点则在于上帝与人类之间的关系.

| Abstract: | The mainstream legal view of human society is not immutable.They change under the changing historic conditions.Motion is absolute,and motionlessness is relative.In pre-Socratic times,human beings focused their main legal concept on the natural world;in Socratic times,the focus was human beings themselves;in the Hellenistic Age,the focus came back to the natural world again.In the late ancient Roman and the Medieval times,the main legal concept of human focused on the relationship between God and Man. |
