| Abstract: | The person with ability was the one of key factors during the existence and development of the medium-size and small-size enterprises. How to attract the person with ability was the concerned matter of the operator the enterprises. This paper analyzed the cause and difficulty of the problem. In the end, the author systematically put forward the countermeasures of the person with ability' s problem. |
