中小企业人才问题的原因与对策

摘    要:在中小企业的生存与发展过程中,人才起到了关键性的作用.中小企业如何吸引人才,成为中小企业经营者十分关心的问题.通过对中小企业人才问题的成因、难点的分析,比较系统地提出了中小企业吸引人才的策略.

Abstract:The person with ability was the one of key factors during the existence and development of the medium-size and small-size enterprises. How to attract the person with ability was the concerned matter of the operator the enterprises. This paper analyzed the cause and difficulty of the problem. In the end, the author systematically put forward the countermeasures of the person with ability' s problem.
