摘    要:通过不同微肥对 Laccaria laccata S238 与 Gyroporus cyanescens等菌根真菌菌丝体生长的研究证实:1) 浓度为 0.01% 的 Na2 B4 O7 对 L.laccata S238 的菌丝体生长促进作用明显,其它浓度的 Na2 B4 O7 以及 M n S O4、( N H4 )6 Mo7 O24、 Zn S O4 对 L.laccata S238 均有抑制作用.在培养 L.laccata S238 时应单独添加低浓度的 Na2 B4 O7, 以促进其正常生长;2) A 处理的 A1 对 G.cyanescens 菌丝体生长具有一定的促进作用,但不是很显著,其它微肥对其生长具有明显的抑制作用

Abstract:The paper investigated the effect of different microfertilizers on the mycelium growth of Laccaria laccata S 238 and Gyroporus cyanescens and concluded that :1) the 0.01% Na 2B 4O 7 significantly enhanced the mycelium growth of L. Laccata S 238 ,while other concentrations of Na 2B 4O 7 , MnSO 4, (NH 4) 6Mo 7O 24 and ZnSO 4 inhibited the mycelium growth of L. Laccata S 238 . Thus low concentration of Na 2B 4O 7 should be exclusively added to the pure culture in order to maximize the mycelium growth of L.Laccata S 238 .2) in A treatment, only A1 had some limited insignificant enhancing effect on the mycelium growth of G. cyanescens, but other treatments significantly inhibited its mycelium growth.
