我国资源枯竭型城市由于其区位、地位等特点,呈现出转型和发展的困难,而西部资源枯竭型城市转型面临的形势更加严峻,转型中应将国家政策与西部资源枯竭型城市的实际情况相结合。其中,治理生态环境、调整经济结构、发展新产业、缓解就业压力、引进人才和技术、寻找新的资源、以及加强区域科技交流与合作应成为转型中需要解决的重点问题。

An Analysis of the Transition of the Resource Exhausted Cities of Western China

The resource exhausted cities of China present difficulties for transition and development because of areas and their positions. Whereas the resource exhausted cities of western China face more difficulties, the macro economic policy and the actual conditions must be combined in transiting. Protecting the environment, adjusting the economy structure, developing new industry, alleviating employment pressure, introducing the talents and technolo- gy, finding new resources, and strengthening the cooperation and exchanging between areas may be the key prob- lems in transition.
