摘    要:综述了计算机辅助解析傅里叶变换红外光谱在蛋白质构象定量研究中的应用进展,简要介绍了红外光谱测定及二阶导数谱、去卷积和曲线拟合等计算机数学处理方法.对已有的研究结果进行了分类总结,最后讨论了该领域中存在的问题和发展方向.

Abstract:Developments of the quantitative study of protein conformation by fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and computer-aided analysis are reviewed.The FTIR mensuration and computer-aided analysis methods such as secondary derivative spectrum,deconvolution,curve fitting,are briefly introduced.The available experiments results are classified and summarized.Finally,the existing problems and development trends are discussed.
