| 摘 要： | 针对自行车U形车架立管上的鞍管安装孔加工前后壁厚变化率较大,工件容易在加工过程中发生变形并影响成品精度等问题,通过对加工特点的分析,提出了创新设计的夹口平行移动的夹具和转动限制器。采用夹口平行移动的夹具减小了工件的锥状变形;增加工件转动限制器,减小了夹具所承受的扭矩,从而减小了工件变形量,保证了成品的精度。

| Abstract: | As the saddle-fit hole of standpipe in the U-shaped frame of the bicycle,there is more variance rate of its thickness after machine-cutting.Then the saddle-fit hole is easily deformed in cutting process and its precision is descended.By analyzing the properties of processing feature,the present paper introduces a novel jig with a parallel moving grip and a restricted rotation stopper.The jig decreases taper-deformation of the saddle-fit hole,and the stopper reduces the torque exerted on the jig,thus realizi... |
