| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种新的在频域中计算局部统计量的快速算法。首先探讨了如何根据局部统计量的具体性质,设计快速卷积算子,然后将该算子与图象作循环卷积以达到快速计算的目的,最后讨论了循环卷积算子与线性卷积算子在计算局部统计量上的异同点。本文算法的最大特点在于计算速度与运算空间不随计算窗口的变化而变化。植物染色体图象的实验表明:本文算法较在时域中直接运算约快5～6倍。

| Abstract: | A fast algorithm for calculating local statistics in frequency domain is presented in this paper. By menus of the properties of the local statistics, a convolution operator is derived, which is circularly conluted with the image for the purpose of fast calculation. The circular convolution operator is compared with the linear convolution operator. The distinguished feature of the present algorithm is its computation time and space independent of the dimension of the windows. The experiment on plant chromosome images shows that the speed of the present algorithm is about 5 times faster than that of the direct calculation in time domain. |
