N,N'-二烃基硫脲的新法合成

摘    要:本文首次报道了超声波辐射和极性非质子溶剂在硫脲与溴代烷反应合成二烃基硫脲中的应用。试验结果表明通常情况下硫脲与溴代烷反应产物主要是以硫原子进攻生成的烃基异硫脲盐,产率90%以上。当反应体系中加入极性非质子溶剂,并施加超声波辐射后,反应产物以氮原子进攻生成的二烷基硫脲为主,选择性高达89%,产率80%以上,且反应不需加热,在室温甚至低于室温就能迅速进行,反应时间成倍缩短。文中还报道了温度对反应产率及选择性的影响。

Abstract:The application of ultrasonic radiation and polar aprotic solvent in the synthesis of dialkyl thiourea with NH_2C(=S)NH_2 and RBr was studied in this paper for the first time.Generally RSC(NH_2)_2]Br was the main product with a yield of over 90%.Especially,RNHC(=S)NHR was the main product with a high selectivity of 89% as well as a yield of over 80% when the reaction system was radiated by ultrasound and in the presence of polar aprotic solvent such as DMSO. Not only did the reaction need no heat but also the reaction time was remarkably shortened.The effect of temperature on yield and sectivity was also studied in the paper.
