履带式推土机的模糊智能换挡策略

摘    要:提出综合利用车辆运行状态参数、路面状况和驾驶员操纵信息的人-车-路闭环系统,建立适用于工具车辆的模糊换档控制策略的观点,建立了在车辆在平直道路上、转向制动工况、作业工况和在坡路上的换档策略,在此基础上提出推土机的模糊智能换挡策略,通过仿真模型验证了在典型工况下车辆所受外界阻力、发动机转递、车速、液力变矩器输出转速和挡位的变化情况,从而验证了模型和模糊换档策略的正确性。

Abstract:The fuzzy shift strategy of construction vehicles is established.Based on analyzing the type and the development of shift strategy,the standpoint of utilizing human-vehicle-road closed loop system to establish the fuzzy shift strategy of construction vehicles is presented.The varied structure fuzzy shift strategy is put forward through the establishment of shift strategy when the vehicle is in different driving conditions.In order to examine the simulation model and fuzzy shift strategy,the load on the vehicle,the diesel speed,the vehicle speed,the output speed of the torque convertor and the shift are simulated under four typical driving conditions.
