共振光散射法测定亚铁氰化钾的研究

摘    要:在酸性溶液中,铁离子与亚铁氰化钾反应生成普鲁士蓝,体系的共振光散射强度增强,从而建立了测定亚铁氰化钾的共振光散射光谱法(RLS).在λex=λem=315处,得到一个共振散射峰,其强度与亚铁氰化钾的浓度在4.0~30μg/mL成良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.999 1,检出限为4.0μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为1.85%~3.05%.该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,对实际样品进行了测定,得到了令人满意的结果.

Abstract:An analytical method for the determination of potassium ferrocyanide is developed by resonance light scattering(RLS) method.In acid solution,potassium ferrocyanide reacts with ferric chloride,so the RLS intensity is enhanced greatly.A RLS peak at 315 nm is obtained and its intensity is directly proportional to the concentration of potassium ferrocyanide.The lineal range is 4.0~30 μg/mL with the limit of 4.0 μg/L for the potassium ferrocyanide and the correlational coefficiency is 0.999 1.The relativ-standard deviation is 1.85%~3.05%.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.It has been applied to the determination of potassium ferrocyanide and the result is satisfactory.
