| Abstract: | In this paper, a linearized method of the non-linear resistance function and the effect of the simplified limit state equation instead of the practical limit state equation on reliability analysis are discussed. The structural reliability analysis for two reinforced concrete members with the practical limit state equation is compared with that of simplified limit state equation. The result of comparison is presented in this paper. |
