杀灭人体蠕形螨的蒙药筛选

目的：从蒙药中筛选杀灭人体蠕形螨的有效药物．方法：选用荆芥、苦参等8种蒙药煎剂，制成100％浓度进行体外杀螨实验，并与已知有效杀螨药物甲硝唑作对比．结果：天南星、湿大蒜及苦参将螨全部杀死时间为15h，荆芥及辣椒为22h，藁本为24h，花椒及蔓荆子为28h；甲硝唑对照组为22h，空白对照组存活时间为42h以上．结论：天南星、湿大蒜及苦参煎剂具有较好的杀螨作用，天南星的杀螨效果优于2％甲硝唑水剂．

Selecting Mongloian Medicine to Put out the Human Body Demodex

Objective:Selecting valid Mongloian medicine to put out the human body demodex.Methods:Using the Nepeta japonica,bitter third-ciass ect.8 kinds of the fried of anasthetic.making into 100% density we carried the experiment of demodex on the body outside.and compared with metronidazole which kills demodex of humen body effectively.Results:South star,wet garlic and bittber third-ciass kill the demodex respectively all with 15 hours,japonica and hot peppers with 22 hours respectively.the Rhizoma ligustici with 24 hours.the wild pepper and the son of vitex trifolia sub with 28 hours;metronidazole matched control with 22 hours,the survival time of the control gtaup is above 42 hours.Conclusion:South star,wet garlic and bitterness has effective function to kill the demodex.the South star kill demodex better than 2% metronidazole water.
