| 摘 要： | 分析了建立有效城镇地籍管理信息系统的必要性，给出了有针对性的地籍信息管理系统的总体设计和数据库设计，同时以VB和MAPINFO为集成开发环境，编程实现了模块化的主要系统功能及关键技术，使地籍图、宗地图等图形信息与宗地属性、各种文档资料紧密关联，实现了图形、属性及相关信息的一体化管理。

| Abstract: | The necessity of establishment for urban and town cadastral information management system is analyzed, and the pertinence collective design and database design for the system are also given here. Meanwhile, the principle systematic functions and key techniques in model programming are realized by using VB and MAPINFO as the integrated environment to make the graph information such as the cadastral maps link relate closely with the land attributes, various documents system so that the integrated management for graphs, attributes and relative information is realized. |
