| 摘 要： | 分析中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病顽固型心衰200例临床效果,本组患者以西医治疗控制肺部感染、缺氧、降低心脏前后负荷等;中医治疗则以对症扶本为主,取得了较好的疗效,说明肺心病心衰尤其是顽固型心衰应以中西医结合为着眼点,进行综合治疗,方可取得满意效果.

| Abstract: | Analysis of the clinical effect of 200 examples of the chronic lung and heart disease heart failure treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Patients adopted the western medicine to control the infection of lung, anoxic, and decrease the burden of the heart etc; traditional Chinese medicine based on straightening the root, gained better effects and illuminated that lung and heart disease, especially chronic heart wane should base on the combination of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine to cure, which can achieve satisfied effects. |
