蓄能悬架结构参数设计与试验研究

摘    要:为了分析车辆蓄能悬架的动态性能,应用复域机械阻抗法建立了1/4车辆蓄能悬架系统动力学模型及其结构形式。针对蓄能悬架性能评价指标多、参数多的特点,利用多目标优化法确定了悬架结构参数,在此基础上对该蓄能悬架的性能进行了仿真分析以及台架试验验证。结果表明,理论研究与试验结果较为吻合,所设计的蓄能悬架系统结构简单,容易实现,且设计的悬架参数明显提高了车辆乘坐舒适性,协调了车辆综合性能,为蓄能悬架的应用研究奠定了一定的基础。

Abstract:To analyze the quarter-car model of vehicle inerter suspension system, its dynamic model was established. By using multi-objective optimization method, structural parameters of vehicle suspension were optimized based on the characteristics of multiple indexes and parameters. On this basis, the performance of vehicle inerter suspension was verified by simulation and bench test. It shows that theoretical research is consistent with the test result. Moreover, the structure of vehicle inerter suspen- sion is simple, and it is easy to implement. The vehicle riding comfort is improved and the comprehensive performance of car is coordinated. This thesis lays the foundation for further research on vehicle inerter suspension.
