摘    要:传统的反应蒸馏塔难以用于分离反应物为最轻和最重组分的反应物系。为了解决这个难题,本文提出了一种新型的反应蒸馏塔结构——双环流反应蒸馏塔。一股环流安排在塔顶和塔底之间,以提高反应的转化率,另一股环流安排在塔底和分离段的某块塔板之间,以提高反应蒸馏塔的分离效率。根据双环流反应蒸馏塔的结构特点,本文还提出了一种有效的综合与设计方法。以一个理想吸热反应和理想放热反应的分离为例,对双环流反应蒸馏塔进行了设计与分析,结果显示该系统比现有的结构设计需要更少的设备投资成本和能量消耗。

Abstract:The conventional reactive distillation column is difficult to be used for separating reacting mixtures with the heaviest and the lightest volatile reactants. To overcome this defect, a novel reactive distillation column with two external recycles (RDC- TER) has been proposed in this paper. One external recycle is arranged between the top and the bottom of the RDC-TER to in- crease the conversion rate, and the other is located between the bottom and an intermediate stage to enhance the separation effi- ciency. An effective method is developed for process synthesis and design in the light of the structural characteristics of the RDC- TER. A mixture of ideal exothermic and ideal endothermic reactions is chosen as illustration examples to evaluate the RDC-TER. The results show that the RDC-TER needs less capital investment and lower utility consumption than its conventional analogues.
