| 摘 要： | 高校旅游教育要适应时代发展的需要培养合格人才,构建新的人才培养模式是关键。本文在21世纪时代背景下,提出了“双创”应用型旅游人才培养模式,并从旅游人才的知识、能力、素质结构三个方面予以构建。
