摘    要:本文提出的低噪声凸轮机构,是把稀土永磁材料装在凸轮和杠杆一端,利用永磁材料的同极排斥原理,产生磁悬浮力,使凸轮和杠杆之间不接触,或者在正压力非常小的条件下接触,达到缓和撞击力,进行降噪和减振。性能测试表明,降噪效果显著。

Abstract:The low-noise cam mechanism presented in this paper reduces noise and vibration by using a rare-earth permanent magnetic material on one side of the cam and the lever to prevent their contact or to reduce their contact pressute. Experimental results show that the noise reduction effect is remarkable.
