基于Kingview和PLC的智能立体车库的研究

摘    要:阐述了一种采用基于Kingview和PLC的升降横移式立体停车库的控制系统设计.上位机采用Kingview进行软件设计,实现了立体车库的智能停车,优化了停车的管理流程.下位机采用PLC实现了车库的稳定运行;采用S7—200的定位模块EM253代替变频器驱动伺服电机,实现了精准定位;采用RFDI技术实现了数据采集传输,整个控制系统实现了停车场管理的高效、可靠.

Abstract:This paper describes a lifting and transferring garage control system design based on King- view and PLC. To achieve a three-dimensional intelligent parking garage,the PC uses Kingview to design HMI,which optimizes the parking management processes. Hardware uses PLC to achieve stable operation of the garage using the $7-200 positioning module EM253 instead of inverter drive servo motor,which a- chieve precise positioning using RFDI technology to achieve the collection and transmission of data,the en- tire control system achieves a parking management efficient and reliable.
