摘    要:以兖州煤矿及其周边地区土壤为原材料,研究了pH对灭活细菌对土壤中重金属Cu,Pb,Zn和Cd的吸附量的影响.采取的土样共4个,pH梯度为2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.结果表明,在极端环境中灭活细菌对重金属的吸附性较好,在温和的环境中较差.这为极端环境中重金属的吸附提供了一种依据.

Abstract:The raw material of this experiment is taken from Yanzhou coal mine and ItS surrounding ar- ea soil,the influence of the soil sample of pH to inactivate bacteria for heavy metals in soil Cu,Pb,Zn and Cd adsorption quantity is considered. Four soil samples are taken,the pH gradient vary from 2 to 10. The results show that the extreme environment inactivated bacteria for the adsorption of heavy metals is good, while it is worse in the warm environment. This is extreme environment of heavy metals in adsorption pro- vides a basis.
