摘    要:利用电子束沉积方法在玻璃基底上制备了TiO2薄膜及zr掺杂TiOz薄膜.采用拉曼光谱仪和分光光度计对膜的结构和吸收光谱进行了表征;研究结果表明:退火温度为773K时,沉积得到的Ti02薄膜为锐钛矿结构的薄膜;Zr掺杂锐钛矿型TiO2,导致带隙减小,掺杂后在350—450nm附近的光吸收系数增大,TiO2的吸收带产生红移,增强了TiO2的光催化活性;1%掺杂量对光的吸收系数于大5%的掺杂量.

Abstract:TiO2 films and Zr doped TiOz films were prepared by electron beam gun evaporation on glass .The optical properties and absorption spectra of TiO2 films and Zr doped TiOz films were characterized by UV-visible spectrometer and Raman spectrometer. The analysis results showed that anatase phase films obtained at the annea- ling temperature of 773 K were mainly composed of TiO2. The results revealed that the energy band gap decreased due to the doped Zr, whereas the optical absorption coefficients increased in the region of 350-450 nm and a red shift of absorption band could be found. Accordingly, photo catalytic activity of TiOz was enhanced2The absorption coefficient of light was better in 1% doped films than in 5 % doped films.
