| 摘 要： | 以三尖杉茎段诱导的腋芽苗为外植体进行生根诱导研究．结果表明，改良WH附加一定浓度的IBA能诱导三尖杉试管苗生根，NAA单独处理时未能诱导三尖杉不定根的发生；IBA、NAA共同使用时生根诱导效果比IBA单独使用时好，其中以改良WH_＋mA3．0mg／L＋NAA1．0mg／L培养基组合生根诱导效果较好，生根率为60．7％．

| Abstract: | Rooting induction for C. fortunei was studied using regenerated plantlets as explants. The results indicated that only the mend-WH adding a certain concentration of IBA could induce rooting, but the use of NAA separately could not. And the effect of rooting in the mend-WH adding IBA and NAA within a certain concentration was better than in the mend-WH adding IBA separately. The mend-WH adding IBA 3.0 mg/L and NAA 1.0 mg/L was perfectly suitable to the root induction, in which the rate of rooting induction was 60.7 %. |
