摘 要: | 目的:建立一套从香菇子实体浓缩液中快速高效分离纯化香菇多糖的工艺.方法:采取超滤、乙醇沉淀、DEAE-纤维素柱层析、SephadexG-200凝胶柱层析、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶连续电泳等一系列分离纯化检测方法.结果:通过上述方法,从香菇浓缩液中纯化的LNT Ⅰb的纯度为95.55%;证实LNTⅠb为糖蛋白.

Abstract: | Objective: To establish a efficient craft of isolation and purification lentinan. Methods: Using series of craft, including ultrafiltration, precipitation with ethylalcohol, DEAE-acaellulose column chromatographi, SephadexG-200 column chromatographiy and so on. Conclusion: The purificating rate of LNT Ⅰ b was 95.55%, and it is proved that LNT Ⅰ b is a kind of glycoprotein. |
