| 摘 要： | 分析了机器安装过程中联轴器两轴线的公垂线与联轴器中心的相对位置关系的随机性及机器地脚支承面方位的随机性,指出了两种随机性所产生的误差,说明了国外工程界在描述联轴器对中误差时所用的4参数体系存在的不足.为改进对中误差的测量方法、判断方法及标准(公差)、调整方法,提高测量、控制精度提供了理论依据. |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the randomness of the relative position relation between the common vertical line of the two axes of a coupling and two centers of a coupling during installing machines,and the randomness of the position of the support plane on which a machine is installed.It pointed out the errors formed by the two randomness and illustrated the faults of the four parameters system which is used in describing the shaft alignment error of a coupling by abroad technician.This paper provided a theory foundation for improving the measure and judgement methods and the tolerance standard and the adjustment methods about the shaft alignment error of a coupling,and for advancing the accuracy of the measure and the control. |
