电动助力车轮速高精度检测方法的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种用8031单片机实现电动助力车车轮转速智能化检测的方法,给出了一种用集成霍尔元件作为转速传感器的原理及检测系统的软硬件组成。在分析现有轮速算法的基础上,提出了一种自适应高精度轮速算法,保证了在高速、低速轮速计算的精度,也使得在低速测量时有很好的实时性。

Abstract:An intelligent method of measuring wheel speed of electric bicycle based on 8031 single-chip microcomputer is introduced in the paper. This paper presents the principle of a rotation speed sensor which consists of the integrated Hall element and the measure system structure of the hardware and the software. An adaptive algorithm of wheel speed is put forward based on the analysis of the existing wheel speed algorithms. The algorithm assures the precision at high and low speed and the real-time performance at low speed.
