螺旋管状水面筋成形机的研制

摘    要:从研究手工卷制的螺旋管状水面筋缺陷入手,分析水面筋的高粘弹性及其影响因素。在此基础上设计试制面筋成形机,并介绍各方案实施试验情况,最终形成专利设计方案。

Abstract:Via the research of flaws in water gluten for manual volume system's spiral tubular, influential factors for high viscoelasticity of water gluten have been analysed. Based on this design, gluten shaper of trial manufacturing has been developed, and the experiment situation of implementation for each plan introduced. At last, the design plan of patent has come into being.
