从摩擦学角度改进机车牵引齿轮几何参数的设计

摘    要:根据机车牵引齿轮磨损机理,从摩擦学角度出发分析轮齿啮合过程。在充分利用现行设计和结构的基础上提出改进齿轮几何参数设计的方案。该方案可以在不改变齿轮在机车上安装布置,不改变机床、刀具和工艺方法,不增加制造费用条件下,改善牵引齿轮的使用性能。

Abstract:According to wear mechanism of the locomotive tractive gears, from the Viewpoint of tribology, the process of gearing is analyzed.Under the foundation of sufficient utilization of the present design and structure, the plan of improvement design of the geometrical parameters of gears is presented. The plan can improve the usability of the tractive gears without altering the arrangement of gears on the locomotive, without altering the machine tools, the cutters, and the process methods, and without increasing the manufacture cost.
