摘    要:目的建立破伤风疾病模型,以期完善破伤风梭状芽孢杆菌的研究。方法采用ICR小鼠作为实验动物,通过腹腔注射破伤风痉挛毒素(TeNT),观察小鼠行为变化,观察和比较各组小鼠的肺部、肝部、脑部组织外观及组织病理变化。结果破伤风痉挛毒素进入机体内,可以阻断平滑肌收缩和离子通道,造成机体痉挛、四肢强直、角弓反张,最终导致机体死亡。切片观察到脑部小胶质细胞弥漫增生,引发肺部感染,肝组织内胆管增生。当毒素剂量低于10-4试验量时,破伤风痉挛毒素不会导致小鼠死亡。结论成功建立ICR小鼠破伤风疾病模型。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this paper is to establish the model of tetanus and complete the research of Clostridium tetani. Method ICR mice were used as the experimental animal model, and tetanospasmin ( TeNT ) was injected intraperitoneally. The behavior change and tissue (lung, liver and brain ) comparison of each group were observed in this experiment. Result Tetanospasmin can cause the body spasm , limbs rigidity spasmodic and opisthotonus , also cause liver to appear cell denaturation , cerebrum neuron necrosis , cause mice to die. However , when the dose of Tetanospasmin is lower than 10 4 test dose, it will not cause death in mice, and there is no obvious pathological change. Conclusion The model of tetanus disease in ICR mice was established.
