高温和零上低温对小麦根系含糖量及细胞透性的影响

摘    要:本文以小麦根系为材料,通过适宜高温和零上低温处理测定小麦根系含糖和细胞透性的变化来研究植物对不良环境的抵抗力和适应性。以便了解植物对不良环境的适应机理,为农业生产上防止胁迫危害以及在育种上选育抗性品种提供线索。结果证明:经零上低温处理小麦根系的含糖量随处理时间延长而增加;高温处理,则随着处理时间的延长其含糖量逐渐下降。零上低温和高温处理根系电导率随着处理时间的延长而增高

Abstract:Wheat roots were treated with proper high temperature and low above zero to define changes in the content of sugar and in cellular membrane permeability of wheat roots,so as to evaluate the capacity of resistance and adaptation of plant to stress environment Then we could understand better the adaptation mechanism of plants to stress environment which could bring method for selecting resistant variety The result indicated that the content of sugar of wheat roots treated with low temperature above zero increased with treatment duration;but it is a completely contrary phenomenon in wheat roots treated with high temperature;the cellular membrane permeability of wheat roots treated both with high temperature and low temperature above zero increased with treatment duration
