| 摘 要： | 当前,一个经济全球化、文化多元化的世界新格局正在形成,中籍外译工作正面临历史上的最好机遇.需要从宏观角度对中籍外译问题进行综合考虑,首先需要明确中国学者从事中译外的必要性和可能性;其次需要"建设两个理论",即研究中西互译的特殊性及中译外和外译中的不可替代性;第三还需要积极"建设四个工程",包括翻译精品工程、译品研究工程、工具书编纂工程和人才培养工程.

| Abstract: | China is now facing the best time in history to translate her culture to the rest of the world.Chinese translators are destined to take up the task themselves.To do the work well,they must study the different theory and practice both between translation in general and translation among Chinese and Western languages,and between translating into and from Chinese.The paper also calls for a good handling of source work selection,translation criticism,dictionary compilation,and translator training. |
